MOST EXCELLENT ADVENTURE PREPARATIONS

It's all go here in Sanctuary and down at the Manila Yacht Club, where the "Beast" is having a fair bit of work done to make sure nothing serious can go wrong on the 2000 mile trip planned to start on March 3rd, coinciding with the annual Manila-Boracay sailing regatta.





I'm spending a lot of time in 'sanctuary' updating the new website which is called:-

I still can't believe that this name was still available, didn't anyone watch that great film years ago with a young Keanu Reeves???





Trying to get sponsorship over the last few days has been difficult, no replies as yet, but we're really hoping to get San Miguel, Coca cola, a few resorts and a fuel company to chip in a bit, we'll be using around 5000 ltrs of diesel so any help we can get would be wonderful.





We've also had no takers yet as passengers to help with costs and travel in style, at speed and with two serious adventurers!!!





We will be visiting around fifty islands, even more beaches and will meet new friends and old as we whizz around sampling the beers of the day in search of deserted beaches and tranquility. Sean will also be searching for big fish to catch, but I hope he dumps me on a beach while he does this, slimy, smelly things!! I don't even eat fish - well, smoked salmon and caviar don't count as far as I'm concerned.

Gotta go and prepare some dead chicken for din dins!
