MOST EXCELLENT ADVENTURE, DUDE

THAT'S THE PLAN, MAN. Sometime between Chinese New Year and Easter, the intrepid duo will set off on another trip of discovery, enlightenment and serious beer drinking!

The 32 foot fast open fishing boat is back in the water today, waahaaayy!!!!

It looks like new, and with hard anti-fouling on, she may even do 38 knots now.....

The idea is to do different ' legs' with occasional periods when the boat will be left for sometime due to work commitments. People are welcome to join for any or all legs of this trip, with a maximum of 4 guests on board at any time

The trip is planned so that the maximum number of islands will be seen and visited, and the end and beginning of each 'leg' has easy access back to Manila. Hotel nights will be utilized in order to take advantage of the area or because of distance covered on the leg:- Boracay, Cebu, Kota Kinabalu, Puerto Princesa and El Nido will all have at least three nights, and these are also possible temporary stay places for the boat while we have to do some WORK!!!!!!!!

The contribution to the boat for joining anywhere is a very simple 50 us cents per mile and the odd case of beer every 100 nautical miles or so, split between guests. This is not a money-making venture, we're looking for like minded souls who enjoy wind in the face, warm seas, tropical islands, and loads of cold beer.

To put this in perspective, the trip from Puerto Galera to Boracay, via Marinduque, Banton and Romblon town(1 night), would be 158 miles or 79 usd plus food plus one night hotel/lodge.
